Project Description:

This Rancho Bernardo, CA, home had stucco on three sides and outdated wooden shake shingles on the front side of the house. The homeowner wanted to have matching stucco with a uniform texture and looks around the entire house. We removed the wooden shingles, installed a new moisture barrier and metal lath, applied scratch and brown coats and added new stucco color coat to match existing texture to the rest of the house.
