Project Description

This home when originally built was stuccoed with a heavy Spanish lace stucco texture, colors were plain. Neither the stucco finish and colors were ideal for the design of the home. The homeowners had consulted with a designer and decided to have a Santa Barbara smooth coat stucco. An earth tone beige for the stucco and bright white for the wood trim to match the windows.

This color combination plus finish enhanced and complimented the design of the house, making it one of the best looking homes in the area.
